Your compensation can be as little or as big as you make it. You choose the company that you want to service, and you will be able to see their hourly rate and incentives.

Hourly Rates usually vary from $11-$18 an hour.

Some people choose a company for the compensation rate, others because they are open 24/7 and some choose a company just based on preference.

You set your own schedule and choose when and how much you work. Your paycheck is entirely up to you!

You’re paid bi-monthly through Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, or Direct Deposit the choice is yours.

You must legally reside in the United States* and must be 18 years or older. You can provide your
services from anywhere that is open to new applications.

If you move or travel, you can bring your work with you! How many jobs can you say that about?

*Currently Arise is not accepting new applicants from the following states: California, Connecticut,
Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin.

Depending on how quickly you choose a class, it can take as little as 15 days to receive your first
paycheck!

Once you join the Etape Neuf team you can then choose a client certification course the same day.

Classes are typically around 30 days, while some are as little as 3 days. Once certified you can start
earning immediately.

We charge a low flat fee of $29.99 per invoice deducted from your bi-monthly paycheck.

This service fee allows us to provide you with the support needed to get started, cover your commencement costs, our business costs, including Partner fees, software fees, payment fees, and more.

checks.

Some Companies offer partially paid training, but this is at their discretion. Be sure to check the Opportunity Announcement of the Company you are interested in!

Etape Neuf does not pay for the time spent in a company’s certification and training course, we do,
however, pay for commencement costs, including any necessary background checks.

As an incentive bonus, Agents who complete their first 3 hours of work get lunch on us with a $30 uber eats gift card!

You are an Independent Contractor, and as such are responsible for your own taxes. Etape Neuf does not take any taxes out on your behalf.

You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year if you have made $600 or more. As an Independent Contractor on Arise, you are also subject to a $19.99 fee per invoice paid to Arise.
