Once registered with our registration guide, you certify for a company that you choose to provide your
services for.
Once Certified you’ll be able to create your own schedule and take inbound customer service calls,
emails, or chats on your computer.
You’ll be paid twice a month via your preferred payment method, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, or Direct
Deposit.
We’ll help guide you on the platform and provide answers to any of your questions, as well as keep you updated on new work-from-home opportunities.
Think of it as your own call center at home. You can side hustle, work part-time, or even full-time. You choose whom to provide services for, you choose your schedule, how you want to get paid, and how much!
Your compensation can be as little or as big as you make it. You choose the company that you want to service, and you will be able to see their hourly rate and incentives.
Hourly Rates usually vary from $11-$18 an hour.
Some people choose a company for the compensation rate, others because they are open 24/7 and some choose a company just based on preference.
You set your own schedule and choose when and how much you work. Your paycheck is entirely up to you!
You’re paid bi-monthly through cash app, Venmo, or direct deposit the choice is yours.
You must legally reside in the United States* and must be 18 years or older. You can provide your
services from anywhere that is open to new applications.
If you move or travel, you can bring your work with you! How many jobs can you say that about?

Depending on how quickly you choose a class, it can take as little as 15 days to receive your first
paycheck!

Once you join the Etape Neuf team you can then choose a client certification course the same day.
Classes are typically around 30 days, while some are as little as 3 days. Once certified you can start
earning immediately.
